Last recount.
This is what I wrote in google drive. And also this is what my last personal recount.
The Big Game
Cold wind blew my on skin I was getting nervous. My heart was pounding as fast as sportscar.
When I stepped on the block, I glanced across and eye balled those kids from the other schools i different countries. “Their bodies are too big, how can I win this?” I asked myself. And I heard the whistle blow up, it told me that the game had began. I was swimming my worst stroke… BUTTERFLY!
I just managed to swim fast as I can go. I was thinking “I don’t care if I lose. I just swim for fun.” When I finished and hit the wall. I looked around and no other swimmers had finished their race, but me. The referee gave me ribbon and said, “Good job! You’re the first place.”
All the people gave me a big applause for me. “HOO!! WOW!! GOOD JOB!!” I felt something special. Something that busting my heart happy and proud. I saw my parents, both of them gave me a very big smile. I knew exactly how their feeling, maybe not because I was in the first place, but they were proud of me because I did it my best. My coach, Mr. John, gave me a ribbon with a big big smile and he said, “ nice job!”.
From that day, I swim not for race, but I swim to be happy.
